Blueberry and Mango Snow Cone Syrup

These all natural snow cones will bring you back to your childhood. The fruit syrups could also be used as a refreshing topping for low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt or ice cream.

Blueberry Syrup

Makes 8 Servings


1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice


  1. Place the blueberries, water, honey, and lemon juice in a blender, and blend until well combined.
  2. Pour the syrup into a squeeze bottle and pour over shaved ice.
